Did you know, you can use Alka-Seltzer to:
- Clean a toilet – just drop in 2 tablets, wait 20 minutes, then brush and flush.
- Clean a vase – just drop in 2 tablets, fill with water, let sit and it should remove any stains.
- Polish Jewelry – drop 2 tablets in a glass of water and immerse the jewelry for 2 minutes.
- Clean a thermos or carafe – use 4 tablets, fill with water and let sit for an hour or more.
- Unclog a drain - drop in 3 tablets followed by a cup of white vinegar, wait then flush with hot water.
- Brighten laundry – soak white items in 1 gal. of warm water with 2 tablets for 20-30 minutes.
